I started my MBA application journey with very little knowledge of the entire process, what schools to consider, and how my non-traditional background would fit in the B-School landscape. Scott and his team were incredibly supportive and considerate with helping me identify the right program. They really took time to understand my story and pulled out great experiences that I could highlight in my application. I really could not have done this without Scott & his team’s help. Scott is so knowledgeable and helpful. He possesses so much insight and helpful tips as well as strategies for navigating so many nuances and parts of the process. I appreciated the ways in which he challenged me to fine-tune my materials. For example, in essay writing, I really benefited from how he pushed me to draw connections from my professional/community experiences to what I (at the time as an applicant/prospective) can do on campus in student groups/complement the school’s values and social environment. Furthermore, I appreciated the guidance I received in the interview stage. I received help with some questions I had some difficulty on. In addition, the feedback was very specific/line-by-line and I received guidance on how to structure/organize my thoughts and responses to enhance my concision. I highly recommend him.

Going through a new process on a huge MBA system like the US one is daunting, especially if you want to make the best out of your time and MBA. From the first contact with both Scott and MJ I felt like I was talking to knowledgeable people, but also willing to guide and teach. My experience was tough but I always felt cheered in and supported. If I would get to do this process again, I would get Personal MBA again, hands down.
