For example, in essay writing, I really benefited from how he pushed me to draw connections from my professional/community experiences to what I (at the time as an applicant/prospective) can do on campus in student groups/complement the school’s values and social environment. Furthermore, I appreciated the guidance I received in the interview stage. I received help with some questions I had some difficulty on. In addition, the feedback was very specific/line-by-line and I received guidance on how to structure/organize my thoughts and responses to enhance my concision. I highly recommend him.

I came to him a little bit later and was still struggling with the standardized test part of my application. He found me a new tutor and within about 5 weeks, my GMAT score had jumped 100 points and we finished my top two applications in time for round one. Scott and his team were incredibly helpful throughout every step of my MBA application process. Scott is exceptional and I cannot recommend him enough! Scott was very candid to me about which schools I would be competitive at for admissions and scholarship, and did not employ any fear-based strategies or “you need me” speeches like his competitors did. My GRE improved from 315 to 326 within 2.5 months. I ended up getting multiple scholarships to T15, including my top choice. Scott is genuinely available 24/7, and he was very prompt and informative about responding to even my most vague questions. I worked West Coast hours, but he did an excellent job structuring my test prep around my hectic work schedule.

Going through a new process on a huge MBA system like the US one is daunting, especially if you want to make the best out of your time and MBA. From the first contact with both Scott and MJ I felt like I was talking to knowledgeable people, but also willing to guide and teach. My experience was tough but I always felt cheered in and supported. If I would get to do this process again, I would get Personal MBA again, hands down.
